Cancellation and Refund Policy

Task Nova follows a strict No Refund Policy for all services once payment is processed.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • One-time project fees
  • Subscription or retainer-based services
  • Custom-built automations or software integrations

2. Cancellation

Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Task Nova reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request. In ongoing retainers, cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

3. Discretion

Any exceptions to this policy are purely at the discretion of Task Nova management.
