Task Nova offers digital products and services. As such, there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Service Delivery

• All deliverables (automation workflows, documents, AI agents, etc.) are provided digitally via email, cloud platforms, or shared tools.
• Project timelines are agreed upon before commencement and may vary based on complexity.

2. Delays

Delays due to third-party tools, APIs, or client-side dependencies will be communicated proactively. Task Nova is not liable for such delays.

3. Access

Clients will receive full access to their deliverables via agreed-upon tools (e.g., Notion, Make.com, Slack, Google Drive, etc.) upon payment completion.
