3. Intellectual Property

All tools, designs, content, and systems developed or provided by Task Nova remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All services must be paid for in advance or as per the agreed milestone plan. Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

5. Liability

Task Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, delays, or third-party failures.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
